Issue: All CSS Definitions in 1 Place

We should add all CSS files given with PT into projecttools.css template.

It would be nice if the vbulletin_magic_select.css would take the colors from the style
so instead of the css put the style into the template if someone is having more then 1 style you have to modify the whole templates to have a "nice" style because you need then more then 1 vbulletin_magic_select.css (for each style one css) and then per if condition output the right.
