    Exactly as the title suggests. It may prove useful to highlight different issues depending on how severe the issue is - this would be especially useful for pointing-out the show-stoppers over the trivial issues. Certain dedicated project trackers such as Redmine (an open-source Ruby PT that looks lovely, but requires Ruby and thus is impractical to install in many hosting environments) boast this feature - I'd show you a demonstration, but Redmine do not have this feature enabled on their own tracker and the tracker I know using this feature is currently down.

    I believe that this feature should be an alternative option to shading/highlighting based-on status (seen here) which I think is also a fantastic idea, but some people may choose bug/issue prioritisation over issue status.... or there might be a way to show both at the same time somehow.

    TL;DR: The higher the priority number, the more noticeable the issue, e.g. 1 = Red, 5 = White, 10 = Blue (This choice is scientifically logical, as the eye is least sensitive to blue.)
