Issue: Broken 2.2.0 Install

The install code for 2.2.0 is broken. It's missing end-of-line ; on 2 lines, both lines are the next after a $db->hide_errors();
Attempting to post any new issue after upgrading throws a DB error that pt_projectpriority doesn't exist.

Additionally the Project Summary page has screwed up HTML. The issuebits in template pt_project are not wrapped in <ol> tags, which explodes my site.

Attempting to view any issue throws a fatal error in ckeditor.php. Basically the number of terms in issue.php for construct_edit_toolbar is incorrect. Before the attachment term (you'll see the comments), should be another empty string for the editor ID.

I would fix these myself, but I'm on the way out for the night.
