Issue: Issues integrate in vB Search

Everybody knows the vbulletin search. There are different types for what you can search. I think it would be very useful to have a search for new issues/posts in issues too.

/search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=All_Content <-- there
/search.php?do=getnew <-- maybe there (would be easier compatible to Paul M's unread posts and reputations addon)
and maybe a new searchtype like: /search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=Project_Tools
