    Maintenance Setting

vBulletin has a setting where you can turn off the forum for maintenance, but admins still have access to test things, etc, while everything is set up.

As I spend this past hour watching my inbox fill up with database errors from users visiting my PT install while I am making DB changes, I said "Maybe I should have enabled maintenance mode." But I don't want to turn off my whole forum, just PT.
Unfortunately, the closest thing PT has is disabling it in the product manager, and of course this will also revoke admin access, since vBulletin is unable to access any PT page while certain plugins are disabled.

So basically, a maintenance setting would be nice, that displays a message to non-admins that the Projects are undergoing maintenance right now.
