    Obscene amounts of space, overlap, backgrounds

    1. Issue list, the "Post New Bug" link has an obscene amount of space added with the pagination links added. Best option here would be to put them on the same line if possible.

    2. Overlapping in several places.

    3. Backgrounds are blank, rather than a color (not sure if this is intended)
