    Number of reported issues by CaseLogic:
    Issue hyperlinks
    If someone posts an issue number anywhere in PT, for example: "see issue #54", the #54 should turn into a hyperlink to that issue. We can take it a step further, like Google's issue tracker, and strkethrough issues that are no longer open.
