Issue: [IE6] Timeline Doesn't Look Like Table

Even though we're not using tables, we still want our lists to look like tables when it comes to things like issue bits and timeline bits. But in IE6, each row in the timeline appears more like a list, and there's tons of horizontal whitespace as a result.

Fixed by adding display: inline to each element in the timeline row. Also had to modify pt_timeline_page because headinclude_bottom wasn't included in that template (which would have been a linked bug).
