Complete removal of PT

Hi!

I ran PT for some time and the decision was made to remove it from the VB portal. I did the proper uninstallation procedure but I'm experiencing huge SQL errors now.

Example:

Database error in vBulletin 4.2.0:

I tried to reinstall it and remove it again; no luck.

yes, i removed all files.

Someone tried to go to projectmilestone.php, which created this error. Please check you removed this file.
